We have a dream to build…
One of Bernie's many dreams was to have a Wellness Centre
for Helping Spirit Lodge Society. We need your help
to make that dream come true.
THE BERNIE WHITEFORD MEMORIAL
WELLNESS CENTRE,
our own building that will consolidate our administration and
workshop facilities, expand our capacity for the future, and
offer our programs to a broader population of the Aboriginal
community in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. It would
be located in Vancouver's Eastside and would be easily accessible
by public transportation.
THE BERNIE WHITEFORD MEMORIAL WELLNESS CENTRE will
be a gathering place for the community – to attend one of our
wellness workshops – or to drop in to check their email – spend
quiet time in the Serenity Garden – or watch Aboriginal artists
at work in the Art Studio.
